Equipped with CO2 storage tanks, CO2 is recyclable. CO2 recovery pumps and co-solvent pumps are also available.

Refinement of Extracts (Separating Essential Oils from Resin-like Extracts)
Supercritical CO₂ extracts are often complex mixtures containing high levels of moisture and resinous substances, making direct application difficult. To overcome this, we use extreme vacuum Short-path Distillation (Molecular Distillation) to refine the extracts, resulting in exceptionally pure and transparent essential oils.

Ultrasonic Supercritical CO2 Tech
Ultrasonic supercritical CO₂ technology combines the benefits of ultrasonic waves with the unique properties of supercritical CO₂ to improve processes such as extraction, semiconductor cleaning and chemical reactions. This technology can also be used to produce liposomes and nanoparticles of beta-carotene or curcumin.

Supercritical/Subcritical Water
We offer customized supercritical and subcritical water reactors, including continuous extraction and kettle reactions. Reactors are capable of operating at temperatures in excess of 400°C and are available in 10 ml, 20 ml, 100 ml, 1 liter and 5 liter sizes. Materials are available in SUS 316L or Hastelloy.
